Computer maintenance NetTime contract

NetTime is a timetable contract which allows you to benefit of a a hours capital that you can manage and use as you wish. The deadline for intervention is warranted. The price of time is an advantageous rate that allows you to save money compared to interventions price list. You can plan periodic inspections to ensure the maintenance and operation of your IT infrastructure. You get a privileged customer status.
  • Periodic inspection of your IT infrastructure by a technician.
  • On-site intervention within 4 hours when necessary.
  • Possibility of telemaintenance through our remote control system.
  • Support Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  • On-site repair for all brands (spare parts not included) and provision of equipment during long-term repair.
  • Advice in all areas of information technology.
We offer packs of 10, 20, 50 or 100 hours of maintenance.

The recovery test is made from a sample and we will send you the data on CD , DVD or memory stick so you can easily make sure that the recovery test is successful and that your documents are available.
