Laptops and computer brand (HP, Acer, Lenovo)

Every PCs and laptops are guaranteed according to the terms of the manufacturer. In general, the devices are guaranteed one year return to factory, or on-site under the conditions of the manufacturer. We handle the customer's laptop to send it to the manufacturer for repair, under the condition that the installation was done by our technical department. If the device is no longer under warranty, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and quotation costs of the manufacturer's specifications.

Customers who purchased a laptop at EVOK and have chosen the option "install and warranty management" can get a replacement notebook for the duration of the repair (subject to availability).

Spare Parts & devices
Spare parts and devices are subject to manufacturers warranty conditions. Usually the warranty is of one year. Information about the warranty period is listed on your invoice.

Procedure of item return
In case of a defective item, please return it with a precise description of the malfunction and the serial number. We will establish a form of reparation. Defective equipment is pre-tested by our technical department before sending. We strive to treat repairs and returns of spare parts to the suppliers as soon as possible. Wherever possible, we perform a standard replacement for small items, if the equipment has been previously tested to be defective by our technical department. The time of repair or replacement will vary depending on the equipment and manufacturers and EVOK can unfortunately not guarantee the repair times.
